Holiday Shipping
Orders placed by 11:59pm PST on Sunday, 12/14 will arrive on or before Tuesday, 12/24. (Assuming a product is in stock).
Any order placed after the above deadline is not guaranteed to arrive before 12/25.
For orders placed on 12/15 and after, you can use the following formula to determine when you will receive your order:
Date of order delivery = handling time + UPS Ground transit time.
We do not offer expedited shipping.
Handling time is typically 3 business days, but this is not guaranteed. Cutoff time for orders is 3:00pm EST.
UPS Ground transit time will vary based on the shipment destination. The range is 2 to 6 business days (excludes Holiday and weekends). All shipments originate in South Carolina, 29118. The UPS Ground Transit Time Map is available for reference here: UPS Ground Transit Map
Examples:
An order is placed on Tuesday, 12/16 (by 3:00pm EST) for shipment to Ohio.
This order would ship on Friday, 12/19 (no midweek Holidays). UPS transit time to Ohio from South Carolina is 2 business days. So, the expected delivery date would be Tuesday, 12/24.
Note that for an order going to California (placed on the same date, 12/16), the delivery date would be Monday, 12/29. UPS Ground transit time to CA is 5 business days + 12/25 is a Holiday.
